The key to the success of An Riasc’s dinner menu lies in its simplicity coupled with the use of locally sourced, fresh, seasonal & organic produce where possible. Vegetables from An Riasc’s garden – potatoes, carrots, leeks, beetroot , to name but a few add unbeatable flavour to our dishes. Fish is caught locally and only meat produced by local farmers is used in our dishes.
