Welcome to An Riasc B&B & Farmhouse, located in Moorestown, Ballydavid, Dingle, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

By accessing our website and booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Payments

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely through our booking partner (GuestDiary).
• Prices include VAT and breakfast (for B&B stays).
• You may be asked to provide a credit card to guarantee your booking.

We accept credit cards, but please note that a 5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.

For our guests from the United States, we recommend using the Wise app to send payments, as it offers much lower fees compared to traditional card payments.

If you’d like to pay via Wise, please contact us in advance and we’ll provide the details.

2. Cancellation Policy

• B&B: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• Farmhouse: 25% deposit required at time of booking. Refundable up to 30 days before arrival.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in a charge.

Please refer to our dedicated Booking & Cancellation Policy for details specific to your stay. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

3. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM (B&B) and 10:00 AM (Farmhouse) .
• Self-check-in is available for late arrivals. Details will be sent before your stay.

4. House Rules

• No smoking inside the property.
• No pets allowed unless agreed in advance.
• Please respect the space and other guests.

5. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any loss or damage to personal property
• Accidents or injuries occurring on the premises unless due to proven negligence

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy (UK/UE)/Privacy Policy (USA) and Cookie Policy (EU)/(UK)/(US).
We never sell your personal data.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. For US guests, your rights under applicable US state laws (such as CPRA) are respected.
